Urban Resources Initiative (URI) Internship in Urban Ecology Education with the Baltimore Ecosystem Study - for college students

BES urban ecology curricula are intended to provide students with direct, authentic experiences with their environment. The intern will revise, update and disseminate BES urban ecology curriculum. Desired academic programs include Education, Environmental Studies, Biology, and/or related fields; experience with science curricula; knowledge of ecology of the Baltimore area; excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.

URI Internship Expectations
--Semester internship: 180 hours; 10-12 weeks; 15-18 hours/week
--Most internships are unpaid; paid internships contingent upon funding and have a higher hours expectation
--Academic credit may be applicable; see your academic advisor or internship office
