Consider participating in the 2017 Greater Baltimore Survey.

The volunteers who participated in the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Greater Baltimore Surveys won up to a 61% improvement in clean water law compliance. But even with this victory, we are still far from the 100% compliance needed to gain the benefits of growth without sacrificing the quality of our streams, rivers, creeks and lakes. We’re now recruiting volunteers for the 2017 Survey beginning in a month. I would deeply appreciate it if you would consider circulating the following message among your students and others at University od MD Environmental Science & Policy:

An Hour of Your Time Could Save 100 Feet of Downstream Waters.

If you’re concerned about the impact of growth on your local waters, then help win this battle by volunteering a couple of hours to the 2017 Greater Baltimore Survey. For each hour spent helping to reduce construction site mud pollution, stormwater runoff and other development impacts, you could save 100 feet of downstream waters. To participate visit:
