- Description: The NSF Graduate Research Fellowship (GRFP) offers 3 years of support to students pursuing graduate studies (usually for the Ph.D.) in NSF-supported fields of study. This talk will provide detailed guidance about applying for NSF GRFP awards, and especially about using the summer to get your applications off to strong starts. The talk is relevant to undergraduates and recent graduates planning graduate studies, and to rising 1st and 2nd year graduate students (rising 2nd year students must not have applied for the GRFP this past autumn 2016). US Citizens and Permanent residents are eligible.
