WEDNESDAY, January 24, 2018 – First Day of Classes!
MONDAY, February 5, 2018 - Deadline to apply for internship credit via ENSP386 (aka submit your internship proposal). Please read the relevant information HERE.
You should have met with (and gained signatures from) your faculty advisor and on-site supervisor before submitting your proposal. You’ll then hand your proposal in to me. If I am not around for some reason, you can slide your proposal under the office door. Please contact me in advance if you are having trouble meeting the deadline, e.g., your on-site supervisor is out of town, your faculty supervisor is away at a conference, etc.
TUESDAY, February 6, 2018 - Last Day of Schedule Adjustment Period
Everybody: Last day to Drop a course without a “W”
- Seniors: Last day to apply for Spring 2018 graduation. The “application” will ask you which degree you are applying for (B.S.); what is your “best” e-mail address; where do you want your diploma sent after graduation, etc. Apply for graduation here: http://www.testudo.umd.
edu/ - Remember you should apply for graduation with the College/Department your concentration is housed in (for example, Land Use students are a part of BSOS/Geographical Sciences; Wildlife students are in AGNR, etc). More details about graduation here: http://commencement.umd.

WEDNESDAY, February 7, 2018 - Everyone: Last day to Add a course from a Waitlist (last day for waitlist check-in). Note: I do not recommend doing this unless you have been going to the class all along and have discussed this with your instructor.
