Impact Investing Private Equity Internship (Paid) (Spring 2018)

Company Overview: Ecosystem Investment Partners (“EIP”) is a unique private investment
manager that develops ecological restoration and conservation projects across the US. Through
our investment funds, we acquire, restore and permanently protect priority conservation
properties, and sell the mitigation credits we generate to customers who must offset their
unavoidable environmental impacts.
Internship: The intern will serve as part of the fund management team and report to EIP’s
Senior Associate. Principal responsibilities will focus on providing financial analysis and market
research support. This position is for an immediate start. Outstanding performers may be
offered the opportunity to continue through Summer 2018. This will be a 3 day/20 hour per
week role. Hourly compensation will be provided.

- Familiarity with foundations of corporate finance and financial modeling
- Additional interest and/or background in natural resources and ecosystem services, including a passion for the environment and market driven conservation
- Strong work ethic and ability to excel in a high-performance work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of people/personalities and diverse disciplines
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Experience with GIS and Salesforce preferred
- Thorough attention to detail
