Dr. John Holdren - UMD Global Sustainability Initiative
 
On Tuesday, February 13, 2018 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm in the Prince George's Room of the Stamp Student Union, Dr. John Holdren and the University of Maryland Global Sustainability Initiative will be having an interactive discussion that looks ahead to the future of US science and technology policy.
 
Dr. John Holdren is currently the Teresa and John Heinz Professor of Environmental Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and has served as assistant to the president for science and technology and director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy during the Obama Administration.
 
The Global Sustainability Initiative is a cross-disciplinary, campus wide project focused on near-term steps toward long-term sustainability goals.
