NPS Connected Conservation Webinar Series

National Park Service (NPS) has launched a series of webinars that highlights the importance of working with partners, neighbours, and stakeholders to conserve natural, cultural, and recreation resources at the landscape/seascape-scale.

Webinars are FREE and are categorized by topic: Wildlife Connectivity; Gateway Communities; Rivers and Trails; Cultural Resources; Dark Skies; Working with Partners; Landscape Scale Initiatives; and NPS Programs.

We work to make our webinars timely and responsive to the needs of our employees and partners. For instance, Using State-Side LWCF to Improve Outdoor Recreation Opportunities is great background for understanding the importance of the recently enacted Great American Outdoors Act. Another webinar from this past year, Partnering with Tribes on Conservation, highlighted the need to collaborate more effectively with Native American tribes and had over 500 attendees.
