Study Abroad at the Arava Institute

The Arava Institute for Environmental Studies is a leading environmental studies and research institute in the Middle East. It houses accredited academic programs, research centers, and international cooperation initiatives focusing on a range of environmental concerns and challenges.

The Arava Institute is now accepting applications for the Spring 2021 and Fall 2021 semesters!  The deadlines for student applications are December 15th and July 15th, respectively. For interns, October 8th and June 1st. There has not been a single case of COVID-19 on Kibbutz Ketura, and the Kibbutz and the Institute are both taking every precaution to keep students, faculty, and staff members safe.
