MaryPIRG is a non-partisan, student-directed and student funded advocacy organization, working to protect the environment, fight poverty, and promote democracy. We have an over 40 year track-record of standing up to powerful special interests and winning concrete victories like the 2019 statewide ban on foam cups and containers and helping thousands of students register to vote this past fall!
This spring, we will be working to protect our environment, promote public health, make higher ed affordable, feed the hungry and more. Whether you have 10 hours a week or only a few hours the whole semester, We have a ton of ways for you to get involved, take on leadership, and make change including virtual internships and volunteer opportunities.
