The event is a Day of Action on Valentine’s Day February 14th at 2pm called “No Love for Polluters” to demand the Prince George’s County Council pass legislation banning the construction of future power plants in the County. This event will have speakers and community members impacted by the power plants to discuss the issue, and there will also be time to email and tweet at Prince George’s Councilmembers to encourage them to push this legislation through.
