Job Description: Small consulting firm in Silver Spring prepares registration
application packages to submit to the US EPA and assists its clients in
understanding and meeting regulatory requirements. The job consists of writing
letters, filling out forms, reviewing and preparing chemistry and other scientific
studies, analyzing issues and problems, researching to find answers, talking with
clients. Initially may include administrative work such as copying and filing.
Qualifications: Must have good writing ability, be detail oriented, motivated to
learn and work hard.
Background in science or public/regulatory policy a plus.
