Transform Maryland is a fully immersive paid consulting internship open to all UMD undergrad students, in any major.
Teams of 5-7 students will consult for a UMD department to solve a real challenge they are facing, with guidance and support from 2 experienced staff mentors.
Students receive formal and informal training on some of the most sought after skills, including critical thinking, problem analysis, interpersonal engagement, how to communicate effectively, and how to deliver information.
