Teaching Assistant for GEOG272: Introduction to Earth Observation Science
Job description: Oversee lab sections of GEOG272 for 4 - 20 students. Lead students through labs in PCI and QGIS. Grade labs based on instructor-provided key. Coordinate with the instructor for other duties.
Required Qualifications:
- B+ grade or higher in GEOG372 or GEOG272
- Experience with Zoom
- Experience with ELMS
- Available to oversee (virtual, synchronous) lab time: MW 6 - 8 pm
- Enthusiasm for remote sensing!
Credits Offered: 3 credits

Web and Graphic Design Intern
Job Description: Oversee revamp of the GEOG Undergraduate website. Design new curriculum guide sheets, minor requirement sheets, and marketing materials for current and new GEOG undergraduate programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Available 20 hours per week July - August
- Independent and willing to learn
Preferred Qualifications (nice to have but not required!):
- Experience with HTML/Drupal
- Experience with graphic design/marketing
- Understanding of GEOG degree requirements
Credits Offered: 3 credits
Term: July - Aug, with possibility of renewal in Fall
