CRESST-II/NASA Undergrad Interaction Day (Save the Date)

Save the date and mark your calendars! This year’s CRESST II and NASA Undergrad Interaction Day will be held on Friday, October 29th from 12:30 – 3:30 pm ET with an optional virtual lab tour from 3:30 – 4:00 pm.

What is the CRESST II and NASA Undergrad Interaction Day?
CRESST II created this event specifically to give interested undergraduate students a unique look at the research happening at NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) by GSFC leadership and current scientists. The event will also include a discussion about how undergraduate students can collaborate with NASA scientists on these amazing research projects through the NASA/CRESST II summer internship program.

What to Expect?
The event will include overview presentations about the work happening in the GSFC Sciences and Exploration Directorate from NASA leadership followed by more detailed research presentations from scientists for smaller groups of students. An optional virtual lab tour will be held at the end of the event for those who are interested to peek into a working lab at GSFC and ask questions.

How to Register?
A registration email will follow in the next two weeks along with additional information about the event. Make sure to register for the event as soon as you receive the email as spaces are limited.

Questions?
Any questions about the event can be directed to the CRESST II Program Associate, Katherine McKee (katherine.s.mckee@nasa.gov).
