Did you know the Environmental Science and Policy Program is celebrating its 25th year?!
To commemorate this occasion, the ENSP program would like to invite our undergraduate students* to share a poster at the ENSP 25th Anniversary Student Showcase & Celebration, which will be held Wednesday, October 5th, 2022 from 4-6 p.m. at Stamp Student Union, Colony Ballroom.
This is a great opportunity to show and highlight your accomplishments to the ENSP community while celebrating 25 years as a program at the University of Maryland. Posters will be displayed around the Ballroom and students will have the opportunity to share with fellow students, alumni and faculty.
Students may create a poster in one of five categories:
- Research (including but not limited to: self-directed research, on-campus research under the guidance of a faculty member, or research performed off-campus)
- Internship (including current and prior internship experiences)
- Study abroad (including semester or short-term programs, and virtual experiences)
- ENSP400 Senior Capstone (including current and completed projects)
- Other (leadership roles, student clubs, campus involvement, etc.)
The poster proposals will be reviewed and students will be notified of their acceptance on or before July 1, 2022. This will allow approximately three months for the individuals whose posters were selected to prepare the full-size version for display at the Showcase. The ENSP program will provide a poster template and will assist students with printing the posters for display at the event.
*Spring 2022 graduates are welcome to submit a proposal and will be invited to the Showcase as alumni to display their poster.
