Plastic pollution is everywhere and it harms our wildlife. Scientists have found plastic in hundreds of species including Bald Eagles and Sea Turtles. And small bits of plastic have ended up across Virginia in our waterways, including the Chesapeake Bay. That's why we're urging our state leaders to require that plastic producers reduce their plastic packaging and pay for the waste they create.
We need to demonstrate to our legislators that their constituents strongly support this bill. So we are hiring staff to build public support across the DMV. As paid campaign staff, you will build grassroots power, learn the building blocks of political organizing, and work closely with our senior staff management team.
