Paid fall internships with National Park Service

The University of Maryland has a partnership with the National Park Service to provide paid internships for UMD students. We have four paid internship positions available for the upcoming academic year, three of which require expertise outside the life sciences (i.e., GIS and engineering). Interns will work closely with the NPS Urban Ecology Research Learning Alliance’s Science Education Coordinator. Students must be enrolled in a degree program at the University of Maryland. We were hoping that you could share this with your students. If there is someone else in your department that I should contact to have this distributed more widely, please let me know.
