Peace Corps events at UMD

The Peace Corps Prep program at the University of Maryland prepares students with the knowledge and skills needed to serve as a Peace Corps volunteer. We strive to accomplish this by building four core competencies through interrelated coursework, hands-on experience, and professional development support in the following areas: Training and experience in a work sector, Foreign language skills, Intercultural competence, and Professional and leadership development.
