Department of Justice Environment and Natural Resources Division, Environmental Enforcement Section Undergraduate Program Overview of Section: The Environmental Enforcement Section is one of the largest litigating Sections in the Department and includes nearly one‐third of the Division's lawyers. The Section is responsible for bringing civil judicial actions under most federal laws enacted to protect public health and the environment from the adverse effects of pollution, such as the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, Oil Pollution Act, RCRA and the Superfund law (CERCLA). The breadth of the Section's practice is extensive and challenging. It includes cases of national scope, such as cases against multiple members of an identified industry, to obtain broad compliance with the environmental laws. Part-time student worker position in ENST

ENST is hiring students right now for summer/fall for their part-time job in the  Project Development Shop . Students would be working with power tools to build equipment for ENST research projects and other assigned activities for up to 20 hours/week, $10-12/hour. Mel Forestry Foundation fellowship program

The Maryland Forestry Foundation is pleased to offer four annual Fellowships to Maryland college students in the amount of $10,000 per Fellowship.  Made possible by an annual grant from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, the Fellowship program is intended to encourage students to pursue careers in Natural Resources and to help them matriculate in a Natural Resources-related field of study.
