The League of Women of Prince George's County Maryland will be offering Scholarships to qualified students. This year the scholarships will be in the amount of $1000.00 dollars. Their endeavor is to help some young man or women that may need financial assistance. This award is given to applicants who are residents of Prince George's County, Maryland either attending Bowie State University, Prince George's Community College, or the University of Maryland in Prince George's County.
