The only requirement is a passion for ecology in a changing world.  Knowledge of birds, ArcGIS, statistics, or experience working with large datasets would help us dive into deeper topics more quickly, but if you are instead are looking to get exposure to these topics, this can be a great learning opportunity! Please contact Eric Ross ( eross8502@gmail.com ) if you are interested!
