The Green Scholarship for Environmental Protection will award two (2) $2,500 scholarships to two (2) upper-level ENSP students, who:
- demonstrate an already long-term commitment to environmental science and policy
- express the intention to pursue a career in the field of environmental protection/conservation that bridges the gap between science and policy.
**This scholarship will be awarded for the spring 2022 semester.**
Qualifications:
- 3.0+ GPA for all coursework completed at Maryland and elsewhere.
- Junior or Senior standing (60+ degree credits) at the start of the spring 2022 semester, not including AP/IB credits; and have at least one semester remaining, e.g., you will graduate in May 2022 or later
- preference given to students in their final year
