UMD's student chapter of The Wildlife Society (the professional society for wildlife biologists) is hosting UMD's annual Bat Festival this year on Thursday, October 28 at 7pm virtually for community members who register (free) through our website. We hope to continue our annual tradition involving education and enthusiasm for these amazing ecosystem service providers to our local urban, suburban, and rural neighbors through a short and fun online educational lecture and interactive online trivia game.
